	Is there a new location for:

	or should I just copy it across to

  http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageUserRegistry

	Also, any objections to merging

  http://www.fedora.us/wiki/PackageUserCreation

	into 

  http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackagingGuidelines
