perls SOAP-Lite - can I tell rpm not to include extraneous dependancy?

Same basic idea, slightly differing implementation.  For current-ish
versions of RPM, the two should be identical.  With some older version
of RPM, one works better than the other but which... my poor addled
brain just doesn't remember anymore :)
