New fedora-rpmdevtools: cleanup old stuff

On a side note, I have had a few submissions or patches against my SPEC 
files based on the "full featured" fedora.us SPEC template. So you have to 
be careful not to teach people to adopt it verbatim, as some people 
obviously do.
