Do we still have separate repositories for this?  (On fedora.us there was
unstable and testing.)  I'm not sure if the new testing repository is more
like the Fedora Core Testing repo....

If we plan on implementing the "Every OSS package is potentially a candidate
for Extras" then we need some structure to handle packages of unstable
libraries, SCMs, etc that are: "Use these at your own risk.  Breakage-free
migration (even day-to-day) is not guarenteed."
