Extras Rebuild?

FYI -- I took a pass through what's currently in the Extras development
tree to find things which are either
a) missing on an arch
b) different versions between arches.

I've then bumped releases and kicked off a lot of builds to try to help
fix this.  Once the builds are all done, I'll send mail and file bugs
for all that fail and then hopefully we'll be able to get a better
handle on things.
