* Package rebuilds as non-root user

Needs Work:
* Rpmlint errors: remove zero-length
file: /usr/share/doc/pylint-0.6.4/quickstart.html
* Unnecessary BuildRequires: python-logilab-common
* Unnecessary '/' between $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/%{_python_sitelib}.

After these 3 items are fixed, pylint can be imported into CVS.
