Hi Seth,

First, many thanks for all the work that you've been doing on builds and
the build system.

The cdo package failed to build because it failed to get a dependency on
the ppc architecture:

  http://extras64.linux.duke.edu/failed/development/cdo/0.9.6-2/ppc/

  "Building source rpm cdo-0.9.6-2.src.rpm
   Installing BuildRequires .../ERROR: BuildRequires not met:
   error: Failed build dependencies:
        netcdf-devel is needed by cdo-0.9.6-2.ppc"

So, how am I (or we) supposed to fix this dependency?  Someone please
help me!  ;-)
