Fedora Extras 3 Package Build Report

And I've cleaned these up, too.

A couple more items I did while I was pushing the updates:
- cleaned up older releases in the extras trees
- installed a new version of repoview so now the group output looks much
prettier
- copied all the noarch files that needed to be copied over to the
appropriate archs as per the list on the FC4Status page.
- cleaned up the empty dirs in active/needsign/failed dirs.
