Any mirror who carries more than just i386 should be mirroring with the -H
rsync option (preserve hard links, which saves a lot for the RH/FC trees),
or if it can't, at least run hardlink or hardlink++ on its trees every
once in a while if there are any disk space constraints (and AFAIK, pretty
much every mirror has, since free space is just asking for more content to
be mirrored ;-)).
