Error on updating a package.

Hi,

Consecutively to bug report #172601, I've made a patch that I have 
unfortunately add in the cvs by the command "make upload FILES="my_patch"" 
instead of cvs add mypatch.

Now, I'm trying to reverse by doing "make news-sources FILES="my_tarball"" but 
I get the following error:

Checking : utrac-0.3.0.tar.gz on 
https://cvs.fedora.redhat.com/repo/extras/upload.cgi...
ERROR: could not check remote file status
make: *** [new-sources] Erreur 255

Could you tell me what is the problem and how to fix it?
