Ok, it corresponds with 
geant321/block/
geant321/peanut/

There is nothing in these files that says that they are part of fluka and not
GPLed. This is something that should really be fixed upstream (i.e. by the
cernlib maintainers).

If I'm not wrong such files are not really copyrightable as they correspond with
api and/or short/trivial code. However it would be better if they weren't
included anyway as it doesn't make sense to redistribute api files without the
corresponding libs.
