It's been roughly two weeks.

I'm not sure if the recent change to xorg-devel requires changing this
spec file or not, I don't think so because it does not directly
BuildRequires xorg-x11-devel - but some of the BuildRequires do (a
couple of dependencies deep I believe).

At any rate - this version of the library is needed for some stuff
(including one package I maintain) to build in gnome 2.12.x - and the
new version of gtkhtml3 has some pretty major changes from this version.

I really would like to see this in FC5 extras.

If there are concerns with having this package in Extras, I would like
to see them discussed.
