pgadmin3 is in an unenviable position right now.

The current version in the repository will run against FC3's postgreSQL
but not FC4's.  In order to upgrade, wxGTK-2.6 is needed.

So if you don't upgrade wxGTK in FC4 in order to not break other things,
pgadmin3 will remain broken.

Upstream is pushing pgadmin rpms with wxGTK statically linked; I assume
that's not an option for us.  Maybe after wxGTK is updated in devel we
can look at whether a parallel installable version is at all possible
for FC4.
