Kodos (Artwork copyright question)

I don't think the name is a problem, seeing as they have already taken
it from Star Trek, and it's therefore unlikely to be (tm). I can kill
the graphics, but the question is how do I proceed about it -- should I
remove them from the tarball, re-roll it, and then submit to extras, or
should I kill it in .spec (in which case the potentially offending
graphics will still be there in the SRPM).

OK, I'll email them later, unless I get a clear response here. I will
also try contacting the author.
