psiconv, eligible for extras?

Hi,

I'm thinking about packaging psiconv, this is a conversion utility for 
Psion handheld document formats. The problem is that it might have legal 
issues because it is based on reverse engineering of the document format.

I would like to package this since both abiword and gnumeric can use it 
to gain Psion document import capabilities.
