Closed bugs blocking FE_NEW

Hi folks,

Browsing the FE_NEW ticket, I see there are numerous CLOSED bugs blocking it, 
and was wondering if maybe it would be cleaner to clear their
 Bug xxx blocks FE_NEW
field...

Thoughts ?

Another thing is the ASSIGNED bugs in there.  I think they should block
FE_REVIEW instead...

More thoughts ? :-)

Should I just put on a janitor's cap and clean the mess ?
