Don't know. Maybe because no reviewer assigned the bug to himself? Ed Hill
seemed to be interested at some point, but he didn't assigned the bug to
himself. Moreover I cannot speak for him, but it is possible that he doesn't 
have time those days to review packages.

I am not a reviewer myself, I don't know how to become one, and although 
I reviewed grace I don't feel confident enough to approve it.
