Wine in extras

A while back I took the Fedora packages from WineHQ and updated them
for a few versions.  I stopped at 20050830, but I didn't have any real
problems other than one patch that stopped applying which I just left
out.  (It was the nvidia-opengl patch.)  The last spec file I used is
at http://www.math.uh.edu/~tibbs/rpms/wine/wine.spec
