For stuff like fortune which has been kicked out of RHL/RHEL/FC a long time ago
repackaging should follow strict FHS conventions IMHO, not reintroduce old
RedHatisms even Red Hat does not care about nowadays.

I'd go even further : unless a FC decision forces you not to follow the FHS you
should follow the standard not RH habits, FE promotes cleaner packaging than FC
in the hope FC follows later. Historical decisions or FC slopiness is not an
example to follow in FE
