ISO file

Not sure if this has been discussed or surgested but it would be very usefull to have an ISO available, containing a dump of all the extras and a there deps and released alongside the fedora core Stable/Test releases?
 
this would be usefull for persons that have acces to the internet but not via there FC target machine, i.e the library
