Broken dependencies in Fedora Extras Development

this is just a fact of life for the extras development tree... because
its pulling deps from rawhide. And rawhide.. at times...can see
significant upheaval...packages being updated to new versions or just
completely removed or re-organized.

In fact... since purge mania is upon us ... the extras development
tree should probably have its old package revs purged instantly to
match how rawhide operates as closely as possible.
