Hm, thats a good point maybe this should be discussed together with the wine
folks. What I would like to see here for FE is something like this:
_One_ initial epoch bump with 0.9 and then have a sheme like:

wine-0.9-0.1%{?dist} -> wine-0.9-0.2%{?dist}
                     -> wine-0.9-0.date%{dist}
-> ... -> wine-1.0-0.1

If you really need to override something you can do so by doing a
wine-0.9-1.1%{?dist] eg.
Then I would like to make a difference for devel and fc{3,4}: fc3 and fc4 I
would like to keep at the beta releases and for devel I would go with whatever
is newest. If there are important changes/patches they can either be applied to
the beta version or you could also (on good knowledge and judgement) upgrade to
the snapshot if desired.

Can we agree on something like this? Flaws?
