Not if you use:
Requires: %{_libdir}/imlib2/loaders/jpeg.so
Requires: %{_libdir}/imlib2/loaders/png.so
:-)

Regardless, unless there is some good argument against it (which I don't see),
FE should follow upstream -> REOPENING
