Step 14: Close the bugzilla ticket (assuming that the package built
successfully) 

      * You should close it as NEXTRELEASE. 
But the ticket has to be closed by the reviewer or the reporter ? I'm a
reporter and i can't close the ticket ...
If it has to be closed by the reviewer maybe the wiki has to be more
clear, no ?
