I think its a bug - Bluefish is listed in "Graphical Internet" - it's a
text editor. TeXmacs is in editors, but probably should be in
authoring-and-publishing.

pan is not in graphical internet - it should be.
yumex is not in system-tools - it should be.

Maybe it's manual, I don't know - but whatever it is, it isn't terribly
useful in its present form.
