One relatively minor point:

Please keep the %{?dist} as the last item in the release string.

The packaging guidelines would have you do:

wine-1.0-1%{?dist} (this is the formal release of wine 1.0)
wine-1.0-2%{?dist} (this is a bugfix build to the 1.0 release)
wine-1.0-3.20050515cvs%{?dist} (move to a post-release cvs checkout)
wine-1.0-4.20050515cvs%{?dist} (bugfix to the post-release cvs checkout)
wine-1.0-5.20050517cvs%{?dist} (new cvs checkout, note the increment of %{X})

You can leave the "cvs" off if it is not relevant.

If there is no formal version number (and the date is in effect, the version
number), then I would suggest that you use:

wine-20050515-1%{?dist} -> wine-20050515-2%{?dist} -> wine-20050517-1%{?dist}

I understand that there are epoch issues particular to this package, but let's
assume that going forward, we will do everything possible to avoid its usage.
