that would be the case for alot stuff that is in fedora/redhat/extras but in
none of em the lib is split of seperatly.
the deal is that software (e.g. win software where the source code is available)
doesent run really different if its linked vs its run with wine.
getting that kinda software to compile with the wine compiler helps with
porting... for the user theres no real benefit though.
other software that links vs wine librarys is not known to me. generally i dont
know of any case offhand where this is done atm. 
so i am still at the stance that its pretty much unnecassery to seperate the lib(s).
