I'm packaging a number of ABC conversion utilities, one of which
converts to MIDI. I can't find any problems with MIDI as regards
licences. Can someone verify this before I go ahead?

ABC is a plain text music notation script which is somewhat useful and
is commonly used in research as a simple way to archive sheet music. It
actually looks like how you program a Nokia mobile phone!

Example ABC files can be found at

best and then make sure that you are. In my time at Liverpool we always
said we had the best two teams on Merseyside, Liverpool and Liverpool
Reserves." - Bill Shankly
