Amaya is orphaned

Hi,

I'm the FE maintainer of Amaya, the HTML browser/editor from the W3C.
However, I'm not using it anymore, and I have lost interest in this
package.
I'm going to add it to the OrphanedPackages page. If somebody uses it and
feels like maintaining it, feel free.
