Oups it was a mistake... The gfortran patch isn't applied, otherwise it wouldn't
build.

I don't really understand your remark about the purpose missing in the devel
package. The description is:

"CERN program library is a large collection of general purpose libraries
and modules maintained and offered on the CERN. Most of these programs
were developed at CERN and are therefore oriented towards the needs of a
physics research laboratory that is general mathematics, data analysis,
detectors simulation, data-handling etc... applicable to a wide range
of problems."

Do you mean that there should be a note saying that these are the static
libraries and headers? I though it needn't be said as there are no shared
libraries... I'll add it anyway.

I'll add the rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT at the beginning of %install.
