Is the Orphan Packages list up-to-date?

Then the same person ought to update owners.list.  ;)
I'm not aware of anyone taking over wesnoth.

I've only jumped in and helped with wesnoth when the previous package
owner couldn't sign up for CVS access. Since the software is at 1.0rc1
nowadays, most likely I will continue with updating it until 1.0, but
officially, the package is _potentially unmaintained_. I do not have
any special interest in the package.
