So parted was updated, but the version number on the library went
down?

  $ repoquery --repoid=development --provides parted
  libparted-1.6.so.13()(64bit)
  parted = 1.6.25.1-1

Isn't that a bit odd?

I'm fine rebuilding if necessary, but something looks broken to me...
