getting started with fedora extras build system

Thanks to "ignacio" on IRC, we have done a little testing, but to no 
avail...

So, just to clarify...

Yes, I have an account (mjk)
Yes, my id_dsa.pub has been uploaded
Yes I have a ~/.ssh/config which looks like:

Host cvs.fedora.redhat.com
      Compression yes
      ForwardAgent no
      ForwardX11 no
      IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_dsa
      Protocol 2
      User mjk
      Cipher blowfish

My CVSROOT is:
[monkey at localhost ~]$ echo $CVSROOT
:ext:mjk at cvs.fedora.redhat.com:/cvs/extras

How ever, I still get the same Permission denied error when I attempt to 
check anything out.
