FE QA SIG update

Hi folks,

I have updated the QA SIG's wiki page, to try to flesh out things a bit:

Please have a look and feel free to update/amend as needed ('tis getting 
pretty late here, so I'm not sure what percentage of my brain is still in 
gear... :-) )
