If this is the case, then the packaging guidelines and python spec
template need to be updated to indicate this as they currently require
%ghost'ing the .pyo files. I'd be happy to update the Wiki, if that's
the new "best practices," but someone else will need to fix the python
spec template in fedora-rpmdevtools.
