Proposal for (FC and) FE Package Review Request template

Hi,

I'd like to suggest to change the "Subject" line of the the bugzilla FE
Package Review Request template at

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fedora%
20Extras&format=extras-review

to 

  "Review Request: <main package name here>: <short summary here>"

or

  "Review Request: <main package name here> - <short summary here>"

The summary part is currently missing, but the Review Guidelines suggest
it and it seems to be common practise to include it:
