duplicate %files in mock

While working on cyphesis (BZ #200976) I discovered that rpmbuild's
warnings about duplicates in %files don't appear when a package is built
in mock. That is, if you have:

%files
%{_datadir}/foo
%ghost %{_datadir}/foo/bar.txt

...them rpmbuild, when run from the command line in FC5/FC6, will issue
the warning:
warning: File listed twice: /usr/share/foo/bar.txt

But when run through mock, this warning doesn't appear.

Isn't this something that mock should be reporting?
