New category needed for compsXML: i18n

I could use such a catagory too (I think) gcompris comes with many
subpackages which contain spoken sound in different languages. I've been
reluctant to add all the gcompris-sounds-xx packages too comps because I
don't want to polute the education comps group with those, but I do feel
they should be in comps so users can install them without using the
commandline, any other suggestions for this problem are welcome.
