I see a broken spec file. Take a close look at the error message, here
below with my comments:

 (!) Don't ignore this. It fails to find this ZIP archive in the
lookaside cache. Reproducible with:

  $ cvs co -r tetex-tex4ht-1_0_2006_08_26_2341-1_fc6 tetex-tex4ht
  $ cd tetex-tex4ht/devel
  $ WORKDIR=. make srpm

Boom!
