Orphaning GStreamer08 & GStreamer08-plugins

Since none of my packages depend on GStreamer08 & GStreamer08-plugins
anymore, I'm going to be orphaning them today.

Currently in FE6 is looks like only kaffeine and kdemultimedia-extras
has a dependency on these two packages.
