Adoption of alsa-tools

Since

a) nobody has responded either here or on the bug,
b) I don't have PPC to test on and
c) I suspect it's an irrelevant package for PPC anyway,

does anyone object if I ExcludeArch ppc for now so that at least the 
users with x86 can use this package? I will open a corresponding BZ.
