Qucs no more build in devel

qucs no more build in devel due to gcc-4.1.
I found a solution to have it building against gcc-4.1 but i need also
to update it to the new and very interesting version which now support
also digital simulation.
The problem to do this is that now it requires freehdl to perform
digital simulation using gcc.
But i can't try either qucs or freehdl using gcc-4.1 because my own
system is fc4.
I know there is a lot of packages in review process but i would like
qucs and freehdl to be tested against rawhide and for this freehdl need
to be reviewed before

So if someone could have a few time to review this package it will be
very usefull for qucs update.
