You do, however, still need to update owners.list to get the bugzilla
component assigned to you.

The anjuta entry still says it's orphaned:

Fedora Extras|anjuta|GNOME IDE for C and C++|
extras-orphan at fedoraproject.org|extras-qa at fedoraproject.org|
