Probably a broken configure script:

The X11 check this configure script uses, checks for libXt (cf.
X11/Intrinsic.h) instead of libX.

BR: libXt-devel
inside of the spec should be applicalbe to work around this issue.

The actual fix would be to fix the configure script to not look for Xt
header (X11/Intrinsic.h) but for an X-header.
