Ok, I'm through revising the script.  Below is its short output, and the rest 
of the report is on the wiki page.

Owners file stats:
 - 1418 packages
 - 59 orphans
 - 50 not available in extras devel or release
 - 11 packages not available in extras devel but present in release
 - 3 packages which have not yet been FE_APPROVE'd...
 - 15 packages present in the development repo which have no owners entry
 - 53 orphaned packages, yet available in extras devel
 - 33 packages that moved to core

FE-ACCEPT packages stats:
 - 496 accepted, closed package reviews
 - 8 accepted, closed packages not in repo
 - 7 accepted, closed packages not in owners
 - 14 accepted, open package reviews older than 4 weeks;
 - 10 accepted, open package reviews with a package already in the repo

FE-REVIEW packages stats:
 - 54 open tickets
 - 10 tickets with no activity in eight weeks
 - 10 tickets with no activity in four weeks
 - 2 closed tickets

FE-NEW packages stats:
 - 129 open tickets
 - 11 tickets with no activity in eight weeks
 - 19 tickets with no activity in four weeks
 - 9 closed tickets

FE-NEEDSPONSOR packages stats:
 - 35 open tickets
