FC4: %fedora_useradd undefined from rpm install

After replacing the lines:
    set -- "$v" "$@"
with:
    set -- "-u $v" "$@"
in /usr/share/fedora-usermgmt/wrapper, it work by removing the -u, as in:

# /usr/sbin/fedora-useradd 23 -M -d /srv/moomps -c 'service companion to moodss'
 -s '/sbin/nologin' moomps
