End users may want to build small static binaries to put on rescue disks
and whatnot. dietlibc is useful to end users.

But just because its packaged in extras, doesn't mean other packages
should be using it.

dietlibc should stay in IMHO, but perhaps an explicit policy should be
made that such packages are there for end user use only, and MUST not be
used by other FE packages.
