Some BZ cleanups

Hi folks,

I have removed the following closed tickets as blockers of FE-NEW:
171156, 173182, 174680, 174879, 174944, 175653, 175662, 176741
176867, 176986, 176987, 176988

There remains one closed blocker, 175163, but I can't access it
(<red> You are not authorized to access bug #175163. </red>)...

There are also a bunch of non-NEW tickets still blocking FE-NEW, namely:
