As far as I'm concerned, mkvtoolnix is not under review, it is waiting
for legal comments from someone.  It has been changed to ASSIGNED
automatically by Bugzilla after I set it to NEEDINFO from NEW and the
submitter replied to it, and seems there's no way to "fix" that.
