Also, I added this line locally to trac.conf:

Alias /trac/ "/usr/share/trac/htdocs/"


Without it, my trac is missing all of the UI (images, CSS, ...).  I personally have

htdocs_location = /trac/

in all my trac.ini files.  How did you have it configured to work out of the box ?
